29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jobsite - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards working from the top of form walls during precast concrete operations. Noted on or about 10/18/16. The was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994899, citation number 1, item number 3B, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/1/15, with respect to a workplace located at 787 Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
