29 CFR 1910.119(f)(3): The employer did not certify that operating procedures were current and accurate. On April 26, 2016, the following standard operating procedures were not certified as current and accurate: (a) The SOP for Emulsion Shortstop Systems 76-1-237 was last reviewed and certified February 3, 2011. (b) The SOP for Emulsion Quality Control Plan 76-1-120 was last reviewed and certified January 27, 2011. (c) The SOP for Emulsion Preventitive Maintenance 76-1-140 was last reviewed and certified December 28, 2011. (d) The SOP for Emulsion Unique Safety Features 76-1-160 was last reviewed and certified January 27, 2011. (e) The SOP for Kettle Systems 76-1-200 was last reviewed and certified October 21, 2013. (f) The SOP for Butadiene Charge System 76-1-227 was last reviewed and certified February 2, 2011. (g) The SOP for Environmental Notebook - Bldg. 7, 9 - Spill Compliance 76-1-050 was last reviewed and certified November 9, 2011.
