29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a) In the Batch Building, where 3M full face respirators, model #6800, were stored unprotected from damage in and around the powder coating spray booths. Outdoor Furniture Refinishing, Inc. doing business as Allied Powder Coating was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950210, citation number 1, item number 11c, and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6011 St. Augustine, Houston, TX 77021.
