At the work site at 107 Heritage Drive, Pataskala, Ohio, the employer failed to have the highest-ranking company official certify by signature the 2010 OSHA 300A Summary Sheet. Abatement certification required within ten days after the abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
