29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(I): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain information on the hepatitis B vaccine, including information on its efficacy, safety, method of administration, the benefits of being vaccinated, or the fact that the vaccination will be offered free of charge: a) On or about September 17, 2015, the employer's Computer Based Learning module for bloodborne pathogens did not include information on the Hepatitis B vaccination including information on its efficacy, safety, method of administration, the benefits of being vaccinated, and that it was offered free of charge. Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315502880. Citation No. 1, Item No. 3d, and was affirmed as final order on 9/23/2013, with respect to workplace located at 2150 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
