29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) Production Area: A Hazard Communication Program was not developed, implemented and/or maintained for employees who work with hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Portland Cement, Propane, Paints, and Adhesives, on or about March 26, 2013. Di-Ferraro Inc., dba Totowa Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312861842, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Burgess Place, Wayne, New Jersey.
