29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers and did not mount, locate and identify them so that they were readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. On or about May 16, 2023, in Department #1 Machinist Building (southwest corner); a portable fire extinguisher was completely blocked with material/machines and not readily accessible exposing employees to smoke inhalation and burns.
