29 CFR 1910.95(k)(2): The training program was not repeated annually for each employee included in the hearing conservation program. Information in the training program was not updated to be consistent with changes in protective equipment and work processes: a) Welding Area- While welding and using tools, employees were exposed to noise levels greater than 85 dBA and were not provided training annually for noise, on or about March 22, 2023. Abatement certification and documentation required. The employer, Custom Container Solutions, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 1910.95(k)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1456546, citation number 01, item number 1c, and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace location at 391 Wolfland Road, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
