29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): An employee's exposure to any substance in Table Z-1, the exposure limit of which is not preceded by a "C", shall not exceed the 8-hour Time Weighted Average given for that substance any 8-hour work shift of a 40-hour work week: At a facility located at 207 N. Mill Street, Saukville, WI 53080: On June 22, 2022, a Spinner Operator employee working in the Foundry and pouring alloy 92200 (Navy M) into Spinner O, was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 0.33 mg/m^3 for copper fume, approximately 3.3 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 0.1 mg/m^3. The exposure level was derived from a sample collected over a 480 minute sampling period with 0 minutes of an unsampled period.
