29 CFR 1910.109(e)(1)(iv): Persons authorized to prepare explosive charges or conduct blasting operations did not use every reasonable precaution, including but not limited to warning signals, flags, barricades, or woven wire mats to ensure the safety of the general public and workmen: (a) On or about November 03, 2021, for the employees working at or near 13456 Seventh Street NW in Grassy Butte, North Dakota no signage, flags, or barricades were used to notify personnel in the area that explosives hazards may exist.
