29 CFR 1910.146(d)(3)(iii): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer does not develop and implement the means, procedures, and practices necessary for safe permit space entry operations, including isolating the permit space: A) Morral Companies, LLC, located at 132 Postle Avenue, Morral, OH 43337: The employer does not develop and implement the means, procedures, and practices necessary for isolating permit spaces, such as the Lawn Mixer located in the Liquid Department. Employees, who are conducting cleaning/unjamming activities inside the Lawn Mixer, are exposed to thermal, atmospheric, engulfment, and mechanical hazards. The violation occurred on or about April 16, 2020, at the above address.
