29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about 02/03/2020 - Small and Big Rubber Room, employees were exposed to a fire hazard when in the Small Rubber Room a relocatable power tap (RPT) was used to power a hoist, scale, security camera, and an extension cord that went into the Big Rubber Room that was connected to another (RPT) that was used to power a hoist and a 3-receptacle splitter that powered a scale and had an extension cord.
