29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the jobsite, on or about August 17, 2018, employees working on upper levels while performing wood framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of up to 22 feet and fall protection was not provided. Mejia Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1038907, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Saratoga Drive, Rincon, Georgia. Mejia Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1079921, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Saratoga Drive, Rincon, Georgia.
