29 CFR 1910.178(q)(6): Industrial trucks were altered so that the relative positions of the various parts were different from what they were when originally received from the manufacturer, or they were altered either by the addition of extra parts not provided by the manufacturer or by the elimination of parts: On or about May 21, 2018, and times prior thereto, throughout the facility where employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when operating a Clark Forklift ID #TX146183 with inverted forks without manufacturer's approval. SESCO CEMENT, CORP. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.178(Q)(6), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1203550, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 11A, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 7, 2018, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF MARCH 9, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 8510 E. SAM HOUSTON PKWY N. HOUSTON, TX 77044.
