29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party: (a) On or about 4/18/2018, in the paint area, for the detailer working with/around flammable hazardous chemicals there was no label on a spray bottle that contained an unknown substance. Kendalls Auto Detailing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899672, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 17 Railroad Ave. Albany, NY 12205.
