29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: On or about July 5, 2017, the employer had employees working within the Flocculation Basin, and the employer did not provide training to each employee to ensure that the employee obtained an understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of the duties assigned in the space and obtained an understanding of the hazards in the space and the methods used to protect employees from the hazards.
