29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) First Floor, Lot 16 Cumorah Ave. Center Valley, PA - on or about April 21, 2017, employees were using a six foot A-frame step ladder to access upper frame members on the second floor, with a break in elevation of 27 inches between the top of the ladder and the working surface. Ultimate Development, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1184057, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 9 Dickinson Lane in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
