29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite - Employees who performed precast concrete operations from the top of form walls, approximately 12 feet above ground level, were exposed to fall hazards without the use of a fall protection system. Observed on or about 10/18/16. The was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994899, citation number 1, item number 3A, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/1/15, with respect to a workplace located at 787 Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
