29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(B): The bloodborne pathogens training program did not contain a general explanation of the epidemiology and symptoms of bloodborne diseases: a) On or about September 17, 2015, the employer's Computer Based Learning module for bloodborne pathogens did not contain a general explanation of the epidemiology and symptoms of bloodborne diseases. Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315502880. Citation No. 1, Item No. 3b, and was affirmed as final order on 9/23/2013, with respect to workplace located at 2150 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
