29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about September 12, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees performing lock out on the Ward Die Cutter Machine were trained as authorized employees. Energy sources include, but are not limited to; electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic. INTERNATIONAL PAPER COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315156059 , CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 004, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OR ABOUT JULY 25, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO A WORK PLACE LOCATED AT 6850 WEST 62ND STREET, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.
