29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazardous communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of labels received on shipped containers and the work place labeling system used by their employer, and the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how the employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: 1) Production Area - The employer did not provide training to employees on the new hazard communication standard Global Harmonized System (GHS) that took effective December 1, 2013. Employees were not familiar with the new hazard communication standard. Employees are using hazardous chemicals such as but limited to ammonia, sodium hypochlorite, AFCO 8527 and AFCO 527.
