29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: Library: Two openings on the surface of an electrical cabinet were not effectively closed where a snap switch was removed, and attachment screw was missing. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 10.303(b)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957451, citation number 2, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on April 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32353 Ortega Highway, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530. The USDA Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911912, citation number 1, item number 9, and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 28500 Highway 243, Keenwild Station, Mountain Center, CA 92561.
