29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(i): Each platform unit (e.g., scaffold plank, fabricated plank, fabricated deck, or fabricated platform) was not installed so that the space between adjacent units and the space between the platform and the uprights were no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide, except where the employer can demonstrate that a wider space is necessary. a) Back of Building: Employee was working from a welded frame scaffold platform that was not fully planked being exposed to a fall in excess of 12 feet, on or about 3/10/14. The FGOG Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 419823, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/6/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 133 Fort Lee Rd., Leonia NJ.
