29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) Jobsite: 2nd level - On or about 5/9/14, no means of fall protection was used to protect employees from falling off the unprotected open sides and edges of the residential construction building. The employees were performing framing operations approximately 20 feet above ground level. AMA construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965050, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/14, with respect to a workplace located at T - 20, Grandstand Way, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 AMA construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967366, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/11/14, with respect to a workplace located at 811 Kristin Lane, Williamstown, NJ 08094. AMA construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 973921, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/4/14, with respect to a workplace located at 46-54 Keegan Court, Evesham, NJ 08053
