29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about February 26, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. Trailer # 960673 which housed the directional drillers had a black 4-AWG cable which had insulation damage. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
