29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) 2535 Sanderson Drive in Laurel, MS - On or about January 15, 2014, in the evisceration department, employees working during the sanitation shift were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to a flexible cord hanging from the ceiling that had a defective strain relief in the damp location.
