29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11430 The employer failed to provide employees that use respirators (i.e. dust masks) on a voluntary basis while cleaning terminal restrooms and aircraft cabins using cleaning chemicals Appendix D of the respiratory protection standard. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
