29 CFR 1917.45(f)(1)(i): Crane or derrick operating controls were not clearly marked and no chart was posted at the operator's position indicating their function. (a) On or about November 14, 2013 the inspection revealed that the in/out button labels on the new house trolley winch controls were not labeled. This crane was located on top of the new house bins at Columbia Grain on 15660 N Lombard in Portland, Oregon.
