29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) Gold Plane Custom Caninets, LLC, 11170 Irma Drive, Northglenn, CO 80233: On and before June 13, 2013, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a rspirator prior to its use in the workplace. Employees are required to wear a 3M tight-fitting half mask respirator while spray painting. This condition exposed employees to potential adverse medical conditions where employees are not medically able to safely wear a respirator.
