29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: JOB SITE: 200 Harding Avenue, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, workers were observed climbing down a tubular welded scaffold, approximately 16 feet 10 inches eave to ground level, and were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, nor alternative measures, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. RENAISSANCE ROOFING, INC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313406217, citation number 1, item number 1,,issued on 1/7/10/2010, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 101 East L Street, Marshall, MO 64350. RENAISSANCE ROOFING, INC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313112005, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on 7/13/2009, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/05/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 3438 Pestalozzi Street, Saint Louis, MO 63118.
