29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belt(s) were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) Weiser Engineering/Mile High Precision Inc. at 10901 Irma Drive, Northglenn, CO: On and before March 7, 2013 the employer did not ensure that the belt of the drive motor on the Shear was guarded. The belt is located approximately three-feet from the operators feet. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of being caught in ingoing nip points.
