29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Henry RAC Holding Corporation, 59 East 1st Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 - The employer failed to maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Wipe samples taken throughout the facility indicated lead contamination at 309.64 ug on a firing apparatus handle and 1236.42 ug on a table inside the firing range. Conditions noted on or about 9/21/2012 and 12/14/2012. Henry RAC Holding Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312480676, citation number 1, item number 10 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 110 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215.
