29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. (a) Kill Plant - On or about September 18, 2012 electrical cords entering a 480 volt disconnect box for the trash compactor located in back dock area was not protected from abrasion exposing employees to the hazard of electrical shock. (b) Cook Plant - On or about September 19, 2012 the flexible cord of the chart recorder near the #1 cooker was not protected from abrasion exposing employees to the hazard of electrical shock.
