29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: Hanger Deck, Building 2641, HSC-25, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam. On or about July 19, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the electrical cord on the Genie Power Lift Z-80/60 was frayed and broken exposing electrical conductors.
