29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(i): Labels were not affixed to all products containing asbestos and to all containers containing such products, including waste containers: (a) Fort Huachuca, DPTMS, Building 91251: On or about June 8, 2012 and at time prior thereto, the removed asbestos-containing tile, pieces of broken asbestos-containing tile, and dry sweepings from the floor were disposed of in an unlabeled dumpster.
