Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: a) In the "Departamento de Salud" the employees were exposed to falls and other injuries due that the roof of the building was observed with leaks (filtrations) and the acoustic broken, among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is: Repair the roof leaks and replace the acoustic. En el Departamento de Salud, los empleados fueron expuestos a caidas y otras lesiones debido a que el techo del edificio fue observado con liqueos (filtraciones) y los acusticos rotos, entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es que el patrono: Repare los liqueos o filtraciones del techo y reemplace los acusticos b) In the "Departamento de Salud" were found an air conditioner system damage and have poor ventilation,among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct their hazard is that the employer fix the air condition system. En el Departamento de Salud se encontro un sistema de aire acondicionado danado y habia poca ventilacion,entre otros metodos un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir esos riesgos es que el patrono arregle el sistema de aire acondicionado.
