29 CFR 1910.253(b)(5)(ii)(I): Cylinders were not kept far enough away from the actual welding or cutting operation so that sparks, hot slag, or flame would not reach them: (a) In the welding shop: On or about March 13, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the acetylene bottles were stored in the west welding bay near the area where trailer repairs occurred. Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
