29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Edwards Air Force Base, Bldg. 3743: On or about March 11, 2026, and at times prior thereto, copies of the safety data sheet for liquefied petroleum gas were not maintained in the workplace and were not readily accessible for employee(s). This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to chemical hazard(s).
