29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in (a) West, south and east side of building - On or about March 11, 2026, the employer had employees erect the scaffolding around the building that was not inspected by a competent person prior to having them work form it exposing them to fall hazards.
