29 CFR 1910.157(d)(2): Portable fire extinguishers for use on Class A fires were not distributed so that the travel distance for employees to any extinguisher was 75 feet or less: a) 255 N. Rehoboth Blvd, Milford, DE 19966: On or about 11/17/2025 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the employer did not provide for fire extinguishing equipment within 75 feet of the designated smoking area used by employees.
