29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record. a) On or about 6/10/2025, at the workplace located at 2170 Robinhood St., Sarasota, Florida 3423: The employer allowed employees to perform rebar laying operations in preparation to pour concrete at heights of 9 ft 6 inches without certifying employees were trained in fall protection.
