29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior, in the north paint shop, employees did not have suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes where employees used corrosive materials including but not limited to Amercoat 68HS Cure, Carboguard 60 Part A, 861 Accelerator/Amercoat 861, and Hempel's Curing Agent 95045. b.) On or about March 6, 2025 and at times prior, in the south paint shop, employees did not have suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes where employees used corrosive materials including but not limited to Amercoat 68HS Cure, Carboguard 60 Part A, 861 Accelerator/Amercoat 861, and Hempel's Curing Agent 95045.
