29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). On or about December 12, 2024, at the north east corner of 1st Street and Kansas Street , employees installing a sewer line within the excavation were not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system. The Orr Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.651(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1602005, citation number 1, item number 1, Group letter c and was affirmed as a final order on 11-22-2022 , with respect to a workplace located at Southwest corner of Blake St and US-33 in Guthrie, Oklahoma 73044.
