29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Fabrication Shop: On or about October 30, 2024, and at times prior thereto, two electrical panels were blocked by storage and equipment. Employees were unable to access the electrical equipment immediately in case of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazard(s).
