29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected. On or about October 16, 2024, on the northwest side of the drill site, employees utilized an air hose coming from a compressor tank and running to the fluid pump had worm-driven hose clamps attached to its hose fittings that was not designed to be used on an air pressured hose.
