29 CFR 1926.652(c)(3)(iii): At least one copy of the tabulated data, which identifies the registered professional engineer who approved the data, was not maintained at the jobsite during construction of the protective system: a) On September 30, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not maintain a copy of the tabulated data for the hydraulic shoring used at the site. Pappas Company, LTD. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.652(c)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1710461, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 205 Chestnut Street in Winnetka, Illinois. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
