29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage. a) 615 Locust St. Columbia, PA 17512 (Silk Screen Department) - On or about August 8, 2024, employees were working at the Dryers and the panels to shut down the machine was blocked by stored boxes on a roller preventing access about the work area. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
