29 CFR 1910.179(m)(1): A thorough inspection of all ropes were not being made at least once a month: a) Vat Area- On or about June 11, 2024, an employee operating the overhead gantry crane was exposed to a struck-by hazard from a lack of a thorough crane rope inspection being completed monthly.
