29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 (Refinery) - On or about 27 March 2024, employees of The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to electrical hazards as sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electrical equipment to permit safe and ready operation and maintenance of the equipment in the following instances: a) blocked panel below the reverb furnace b) blocked panel in the slag bagging area
