29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Shore to ship power panel, Northwest side of support barge, vicinity of 400 Marine Way, Paducah, KY: On or about 3/07/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn and shock hazards, in that strain relief was not provided for the conductor where it entered the 240V power panel. (b) Shore to ship power panel, Northeast side of support barge, vicinity of 400 Marine Way, Paducah, KY: On or about 3/07/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn and shock hazards, in that strain relief was not provided for the conductor where it entered the 240V power panel.
